Summary
Abstract: The NDP-026C database contain surface synoptic weather reports for the
entire globe, gathered from various available data sets. Cloud
parameters as well as associated pressure, wind speed and direction,
air temperature, dew point, and sea surface temperature (for ocean
reports) are included. There are over 71 million cloud observations
from ships and 311 million from land stations.
