Abstract: The Advanced Microwave Scanning Radiometer - Earth Observing System (AMSR-E) instrument on the NASA EOS Aqua satellite provides global passive microwave measurements of the Earth. The gridding procedure assumes that source data brightness temperatures are legitimate, and performs no filtering of input data based on quality flags.
