Summary
Abstract: Consolidated tables showing an extensive listing of the highest independently confirmed efficiencies for solar cells and modules are presented. Guidelines for inclusion of results into these tables are outlined and new entries since January 2003 are reviewed.

Quality Differences between the LANCE NRT and standard products are currently under investigation. Known, but not yet quantified, differences include
• the ephemeris files (LANCE uses predicted ephemeris and standard products use definitive ephemeris) and
• standard product generation includes more sophisticated, dynamic cross calibration and geolocation processes.

Level-3 automatic QA procedures involve simply evaluating the Level-2B quality flags to determine if observations are valid for Level-3 products.
