NOx and SO2 Emission Data Bases for Atmospheric Chemistry Studies from the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory (LLNL)
Entry ID:
LLNL_TRACE_GAS
Summary
Abstract:
Global data bases of trace gas emissions to the atmosphere have been
compiled for use in atmospheric chemistry studies. The data bases are global emissions of nitrogen oxides (NOx) and sulfur dioxide (SO2). These compounds are important for their role as contributors to acid wet and dry precipitation. NOx takes part in the photochemical production of tropospheric ozone (O3). The major sources of ... ![]() Geographic Coverage
