Summary
Abstract: The 1990 Summary Tape File (STF1B) portion of the Archive of Census Related Products (ACRP) contains population and housing data, along with additional demographic data for the U.S. The population data includes age, race, sex, marital status, Hispanic origin, and household type, while the housing data encompasses tenure, number of units, value, number of rooms per unit, and the use of the unit. The data are available by county, county subdivision, place within county, tract/block numbering area (bna), blockgroup, and block. This portion of the ACRP is produced by the Center for International Earth Science Information Network (CIESIN).

The data in Comma Separated Value (CSV) format are available from the NASA Socioeconomic Data and Applications Center (SEDAC).
