Values from the Microwave Vapor Profiler Monitor Radiance at Five Water Vapor Channels at 28 Scene Stations
Entry ID:

Summary
Abstract:
ABSTRACT: DMSP satellites are in a sun-synchronous, low altitude polar orbit. Current satellites cross the equator at 0536 and 1035 local time. The orbital period is 101 minutes and the nominal altitude is 830 km. The Microwave Water Vapor profiler monitors radiance at five water vapor channels at 28 scene stations across a 1400-km-wide swath.
