Abstract: The purpose of the "Central Plains Experimental Range (CPER)"
dataset is to understand the long-term processes responsible for
the origin and sustainibility of shortgrass steppe systems.

Resources Ecology Laboratory, Colorado State University.
Collection Methodology: Remote sensing, field experience.
Collection Frequency: Depends on ... experiment - hourly to a few
times a year.
Update Characteristics: Some are updated in entirety. It depends
on the data set. Hourly data are updated every 4 weeks and
periodical data are collected at the end of the year.
The bulk of the data is not georeferenced. It has 600-700 files
(50+ megabytes to less than 100 megabytes).
