Mean Temperatures and Streamflows for Sentinel Cage Exposures
Entry ID:
MFWP_sentinelcageexposures
Summary
Abstract:
While exposing rainbow trout to potential Whirling Disease infected waters in
sentinel cages, we used a thermograph to record the water temperature every half-hour for the duration of exposure (~10 days). We then analyzed the temperatures to find the four highest mean days during the exposure and averaged this to obtain the final significant data.
