Abstract: The statistical tables in this dataset include all 133 tables
published in the July 'Vegetables and Specialities Situation and
Outlook Yearbook'. The 'Yearbook' contains time series data for
the major fresh and processing vegetables, potatoes, pulse,
mushrooms, and selected speciality vegetables. Data include
acreage, production, trade, per capita use, beginning stocks,
and various price series.

Collection Methodology: The data are generated from the
following sources: Economic Research Service, National
Agricultural Statistics Service, Bureau of Labor Statistics,
Bureau of the Census, American Frozen Food Institute, National
Food Processors Association, Bean Market New Summary, American
Dry Pea and Lentil Association, California Agricultural
Commissioner, Agricultural Marketing Service, Foreign
Agricultural Service and Animal and Plant Health Inspection
Collection Frequency: Annually.

The data reside in 112 LOTUS 1-2-3 (.WK1) spreadsheet tables.
