Description: Provides access to the Rich Annotation Service of Image. Create
user_id, if you do not have one. Login to the service. Pick one of the
images and then click on Create Annotation. Choose to create new
layer, or choose one or more existing layer and enter the annotation
service. Annotation service requires IE5.5 or higher and SVGViewer
plugin from Adobe.
