Summary
Abstract: Surface parameters. Model runs are made hourly, with analysis and hourly
forecasts out to 3 hours; on the 0, 3, 6, 9, 12, 15, 18, and 21Z runs, also 5,
6, 8, 9, 11, 12 hour forecasts.
