Quality
The LPRM/TMI data are sensitive to both internal model limitations and external processes and are screened for the presence of snow/frozen soils, water, and dense vegetation covers. All screened out data pixels are flagged and indicated by a non-data value. A soil moisture uncertainty parameter at X band is included (Parinussa et al., 2011).
