Abstract: The format of this measure data set follows the File Format Specifications
NASA-AMES used in many international campaigns on atmospheric soundings.
Data set names are coded as follows:
CXdddHMN.TXT where:
C means clouds measure
X = year code (A=1989, B=1990 ...)
ddd = julian day of the measure date
H = hour of the measure time
M = minutes tens of the measure time

Quality The error related to the extinction to backscattering ratio (K) is a
function of the optical depth. For optical depths larger than 1E-1
errors of the order of 20% or smaller can be expected.
