Summary

Abstract: Monthly MERSI Ocean Aerosol Product:

The Monthly products of aerosol over ocean from MERSI are globally divided geographic longitude/latitude projected blocks of 10×10 degrees with a resolution of 1Km. Each grid point contains the aerosol optical thickness of 12 bands (CH6~14,18~20), aerosol Angstrom coefficient, processing flags, sun zenith angle, sensor zenith angle, sun azimuth angle, sensor azimuth angle and data acquisition time.

Purpose: Monthly MERSI Ocean Aerosol Product:

The aerosol product can be used for the study of atmosphere pollution, radiative forcing and climate change.
