National Data Buoy Center (NDBC) network of ocean buoys are available on CD-ROM. NOAA's National Oceanographic Data Center (NODC) has compiled the Marine Environmental Buoy Database which contains data from NDBC moored buoys and C-MAN (Coastal-Marine Automated Network) stations.
