Cameroon Logging Concessions in 2000

Summary
Abstract: This shapefile provides the boundaries of UFA logging
permits allocated in Cameroon, including permits awarded in
the June 2000 round of concession allocations. Concession
ownership is provided in the shapefile attribute data. Logging
concessions are now being allocated under a new system in
Cameroon as UFA'a (Unite Forestiere d' Amenagement).

Global Forest Watch (GFW) is using this data to build the first
map of logging concessions in hope to show how forest are being
managed and to help implement programs to protect forest.
