Summary
Abstract: The hourly, daily, and monthly surface weather data resides in 1 book,
'Tables Meteorologiques de Copenhague pour l'anee 1866' (C/daa H758)
written in Dutch. The data contained in this book are tables of
hourly observations and daily and monthly surface weather data for
Copenhagen, Denmark. These are for each month of the period 1866 to
1874. Parameters included in the hourly observations are temperature,
pressure, winds, and cloudiness. Daily variables incorporated in
these data are: daily mean, maximum, and minimum temperature; ten day
mean temperature; and daily rain and snow totals. The only monthly
parameter included in these data is rainfall totals.

These books are part of the foreign meteorological data collection
held by the NOAA Central Library in Washington, DC. Information in
this collection dates back to the 18th century for daily, monthly,
seasonal, and annual tabular summaries, and the 19th century for
weather maps. These data are the result of foreign exchange
agreements, but the collection has not been updated since 1983.
