Summary
Abstract: Foreign Winds Aloft is historical digital data set DSI-5200, archived at the National Climatic Data Center (NCDC). This is a collection of miscellaneous, historical, upper air winds data. DSI-5200 contains wind speeds and directions at various levels above the earth's surface. Data is from a sampling of countries over the world. Data periods vary from station to station.
