Abstract: Two times daily global analysis fields from the NOAA National Centers for
Environmental Prediction (NCEP)'s Global Forecast System (GFS) Model. Data are
served by the Center for Ocean-Land-Atmosphere Studies (COLA) using the
GrADS-DODS/OPeNDAP Server (GDS) and by NOAA's National Operational Model
Archive and Distribution System (NOMADS) Server. Visualization of the NCEP GFS
analysis field products can be done through the Live Access Server (LAS).

Latitude Resolution: 0.5 degree
Longitude Resolution: 0.5 degree
Horizontal Resolution Range: 50 km - < 100 km or approximately .5 degree - < 1 degree
Vertical Resolution: 64 unequally-spaced sigma levels.
