The NAVY/NOAA Joint Ice Center (JIC) produces a global sea ice analysis each
week. The Arctic analysis is divided into West and East parts. The West Arctic analysis chart extends from the Canadian Archipelago west to the Laptev Sea; the East Arctic covers the remaining area.
