Abstract:
This dataset provides annual surveys of water quality. The harbor survey
monitors the quality of harbor waters and identifies the impacts of the city's pollution control programs on these waters. Program provides the longest documented assessment of human impacts on the City's water environment. The surveys began in 1909.
