Abstract:
The geologic map covers the southernmost part of Texas (parts of Jim Hogg,
Brooks, Starr, Hidalgo, Zapata, Willacy, Kenedy, and Cameron Counties), and parts of Nuevo Leon and Tamaulipas, Mexico. Geologic units become younger from west to east across the map area.
