Summary

Abstract: Hydrometeorological data on the conditions of the environment are
held by the Russian State Fund of data. This dataset was created
by National Center for Atmospheric Research, USA, 1980. The data
is currently stored in 2 data files on magnetic tape(degree centigrade
and degree fahrenheit).
