Summary
Abstract: NOAA's National Data Buoy Center (NDBC) offers real-time and historical data from its moored buoys, drifting buoy data, and C-MAN (Coastal-Marine Automated Network)stations. Data are transmitted hourly via the Geostationary Operational Environmental Satellites (GOES) and commercial satellites. Some data are transmitted half hourly.
