Abstract: This data set maps and describes the geology of the Valjean Hills 7.5' quadrangle, San Bernardino County, California.

Purpose: The data set for the Valjean Hills 7.5' quadrangle was prepared for the U.S. Geological Survey's Geography Discipline as part of an ongoing effort to develop a regional geologic framework of southern Death Valley and to utilize a Geographic Information System (GIS) format to create regional digital geologic databases.
