Abstract:
The research was concerned with several aspects of the geomorphology of the Victoria Valley, the Wright Valley, the Koettlitz Valley and its tributaries and the Olympus Range areas. Particular studies included the relationships between slopes and lithology, wind erosion and deposition, patterned ground, the glacial history of the Webb and Upper Victoria Glacier areas, the physical properties of soils in relation to glacial history and the effect of meltwater on landforms.
