Summary
Abstract: The University of Washington Joint Institute for the Study of the
Atmosphere and Ocean (JISAO) offers a Sea Surface Temperature dataset
that captures SST variations in the cold tongue region of the
equatorial Pacific Ocean. This index is called the cold tongue index
or CTI.

This data may be freely downloaded from the JISAO WWW site. Link to
