Abstract: This data set contains rainfall, soil moisture, and soil temperature data collected for the Soil Moisture Experiment 2002 (SMEX02). The parameters measured are soil moisture, soil temperature, and rainfall. Soil moisture and temperature were measured at various depths: 2, 5, 10, 15, 20 and 30 cm.
