Summary
Abstract: Hydrometeorological data on the conditions of the environment are
held by the Russian State Fund of data. This dataset was created by
RIHMI-WDC in 1987 and containes gridded data for Nothern and Southern
hemisphere. Data is currently stored on magnetic tape (800 bit/inch).
