Abstract:
This case is the first in a series of null-event cases and presents a
developing winter storm in the Desert Southwest and its effect on Eastern Colorado's weather, on 20 March, 2000. Forecasts of over a foot of snowfall by late evening on Monday the 20th of March were issued as early as the afternoon of Sunday the 19th of March, from Denver to Fort Collins.
