Abstract: The parameters in the NSS.PSATATVT.TOVS.DSD5AS1 and
NSS.PSATATVT.TOVS.DSD5AS2 data sets are level temperatures, level
moisture, first guess, radiosonde temperatures, and radiosonde
moisture. The radiosonde profiles and the cloudy retrievals from NOAA
