Notice to data users: The AMSR-E 89.0 GHz data provided here are currently at 12.5 km resolution, in 1441x1441 arrays. Updated, enhanced AMSR-E 89.0 GHz data will replace the 12.5 km data as soon as they become available.

Enhanced SSM/I brightness temperatures were produced without calibration changes from the Remote Sensing Systems (RSS) Version 6 (V6) SSM/I swath product for DMSP-F13. Enhanced AMSR-E brightness temperatures were produced, also without adjustments, from the RSS V4 AMSR-E swath product.
