Abstract:
The Clear-Sky Water Vapor Wind product is generated using essentially the same
algorithm as the other wind products, but tracking structures in the WV image from non-cloudy areas. Additional height assignment information is supplied, the 10%, 50% and 90% levels of the cumulative contribution function (based on the ECMWF forecast data), and the level of the maximum gradient of the cumulative ...
