Summary

Abstract: This data set consists of seasonal (winter, spring, summer, fall) and
annual global, Northern Hemisphere, and Southern Hemisphere
tropospheric and stratospheric temperatures derived from the Microwave
Sounding Unit (MSU) onboard the NOAA TIROS-N series of polar-orbiting
satellites. The MSU microwave radiometer measured the thermal
