Circadian oscillators and photic entrainment in the Antarctic krill Euphausia superbaEntry ID: UNIPD_KRILL
Abstract: This dataset contains a list of 33 samples collected during the XIX Italian Antarctic Expeditions in the Ross Sea. In particular krill samples were fished at different times of the day in order to study the circadian clock machinery in the Antarctic krill (Euphausia superba). Total RNAs were isolated from different tissues and/or organs in order to make cDNA libraries. Clock and clock controlled genes are under identification using a RT-PCR (Reverse Transcription Polymerase Chain Reaction) approach.
