Abstract:
The Europe DTM 2.5 CD contains a 2.5' x 2.5' digital terrain model
(DTM) for the European region. The grid is based on a 4km x 4km grid developed from a range of digital terrain sources with spatial resolution between 250m and 10km. The GETECH Europe DTM 2.5 enables a rapid estimate of regional terrain corrections for gravity studies and determination of regional contributions to the isostatic correction. The CD is designed for PC and/or workstation environments and includes extraction programs which are able to select rectangular areas by latitude and longitude co-ordinates. The program will also extract coastlines and national boundaries in a similar fashion. The above information was provided by Geophysical Exploration Technology.
