Abstract: The Publication, National Transportation Statistics (NTS) 1997, has
been released by teh Bureau of Transportation Statistics (BTS,
http://www.bts.gov/ of the Department of Transportation (DOT,
&http://www.dot.gov/&). This twenty-fifth edition of NTS is also a
companion volume to the Bureau's annual report to Congress,
Transportation Statistics Anual Report (TSAR).
