Summary
Abstract:
Chlorophyll-a and phaeophytin-a concentrations were measured at the 3m horizon in conjunction with a juvenile salmonid trawling survey in years 2000 and 2002 off coastal Oregon and California. Sampling was conducted using a 1-liter Nisktin water sampler. Chlorophyll-a was processed using the cold-acetone extraction method and measured with a Turner Designs 10-AU fluorometer
