Abstract:
Inland water system boundary for the MA extracted from the Global Lakes and Wetlands Database-Level 3 (GLWD-3). See citation for reference to detailed documentation of this dataset. Inland water includes: major rivers, wetlands, lakes, and reservoirs, but excludes three GLWD-3 classes: coastal wetland, 25-50% wetland, and wetland complex (0-25% wetland).
Purpose: Delineates the spatial extent of the inland water system boundary (and sub-system classes) for use within the Millennium Assessment.
