Summary
Abstract: The Asian Pacific FRIEND is an IHP regional project participated by
thirteen countries from Southeast Asia and the Pacific, which include,
as of January 1999, China, R Korea, Japan, Philippines, Vietnam, Lao,
Cambodia, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Papua New Guinea, Australia
