Summary

Abstract: Hydrometeorological data on the conditions of the environment are
held by the Russian State Fund of data. This dataset was created
by Western Sybirian Computer Centre in 1985 and containes data from
232 stations of the USSR. Data is currently stored on magnetic tape
(800 bit/inch).
