The Wellbeing of Nations portion of the Compendium of Environmental Sustainability Indicator Collections contains a subset of 123 variables assembled from the Wellbeing of Nations, which assesses human and ecosystem wellbeing for 183 countries.  Purpose: To provide data that address the key issues of sustainability by combining indicators of human wellbeing with those of environmental sustainability to generate a more comprehensive picture of the state of the world.

LOGICAL CONSISTENCY REPORT: These data are believed to be consistent, although not tested. Geometry appears to be topologically clean. COMPLETENESS REPORT: All displayed features were mapped based upon the review and discretion of senior technical engineers. The criteria of utilizing a 60 foot contour interval and/or delineating out those areas greater than a 30 foot contour was chosen based on minimum depth requirements suitable for current tidal instream energy conversion devices.
