Summary

Abstract: Climate change affects all aspects of the Canadian economy and
Canadian society as a whole. The Climate Change Impacts and Adaptation
Program provides funding for research and activities to improve our
knowledge of Canada's vulnerability to climate change, to better
assess the risks and benefits posed by climate change and to build the
foundation upon which appropriate decisions on adaptation can be
made.The Climate Change Impacts and Adaptation site provides
information on the activities of the Program and links to useful
information about climate impacts and adaptation both in Canada and
globally. Information about projects funded by the program is
accessible through the Climate Change Impacts and Adaptation Project
Database.
