Ozone Data from the Kaashidoo Observatory, Southern Hemisphere Additional OZonesondes (SHADOZ) Project, NASA
Entry ID:
SHADOZ_INODEX
Summary
Abstract:
Ozone measurements were taken at the Kaashidoo Climate Observatory
in the Maldives, Indian Ocean, as part of the SHADOZ-INDOEX campaign. Ozone data were taken using balloon-borne ozonesondes and radiosondes as part of the NASA Southern Hemisphere ADditional OZonesondes (SHADOZ) project. The SHADOZ project is collecting ozone data for validation, processing, and modeling of satellite-derived Total Ozone Mapping Spectrometer (TOMS) data.
