Summary
Abstract: The Historic Browse Image Control (HBIC) provides access to browse images from
the archive. These may be used as a visual index into the EUMETSAT archive, a
function previously fulfilled by a monthly publication called the Meteosat
Image Bulletin that is no longer produced. The browse image data base is
