Summary
Abstract:
Mature eggs were expressed from a gravid icefish at Terra Nova Bay and fertilized successfully in vitro. Development was followed for about 15 days, but was curtailed by the end of the season. Development did not progress beyond the blastodisc stage. Samples were preserved for analysis.
