Summary
Abstract: This shapefile provides the boundaries of UFA (Unite Forestiere d'Amenegement)
logging concessions in Cameroon for 1998-99. UFAs were established in 1995 with
Cameroon's forest policy reform. Information is provided on concession
ownership, concession area, year of allocation and irregularities in the
process by which concessions were awarded in 1998-99. This data will be updated
annually by Global Forest Watch.

Global Forest Watch is using this data to build the first map of logging
concessions in hope to show how forest are being managed and to help implement
programs to protect forest.
