Summary
Abstract: The CERES Energy Balanced and Filled (EBAF) Top of Atmosphere (TOA) Edition2.6r product provides monthly mean TOA radiative fluxes. The file provides monthly 1-degree regional, zonal, and global averages of TOA longwave(LW), shortwave(SW), and net(NET) fluxes under clear and all-sky conditions, where the net flux has been constrained to the ocean heat flux term so that it may be used for comparison with global climate models. The cloud radiative effect (CRE) fluxes are also included. The EBAF product is derived from the CERES SYN product. A single netCDF file contains the entire March 2000 through June 2011 data record.
