Summary
Abstract: This is Version 1.0 of a new interim product with parameters obtained
from a variety of sources. As such, it is expected that revisions
will be necessary as corrections are received from various users. The
general approach is to use the ISCCP C1 data supplemented by the ERBE
results as input to SRB satellite algorithms to estimate various
