Abstract: The HIV Surveillance Report (formerly the HIV/AIDS Surveillance Report) is published annually by the Division of HIV/AIDS Prevention, National Center for HIV/AIDS, Viral Hepatitis, STD, and TB Prevention, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Atlanta, Georgia.

Data are presented for diagnoses of HIV infection and AIDS reported to CDC through June 2009.
